Olanda L. Sample

I began my career with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in 1981 as a college co-op student at North Carolina Central University. Upon graduation in 1983, I continued my career as a permanent full-time employee with the IRS for 35 years.  My expertise in  tax collections policy and law includes: Offer in Compromise, Innocent Spouse, and Seizures. Since retiring, I now look forward to working with private citizens and businesses, and  helping others to understand, manage, and resolve their personal and business tax debts.
